Swedish Massage:

This is for relaxation only. Service includes long sweeping strokes from the top to the bottom, usually at the beginning and/or end of each area. Some superficial kneading of the tissues that promote relaxation and a general flushing of the toxins.

You will leave floating on a cloud of peace. If you have never had a professional massage, start here.

Integrative Massage Therapy (Deep Tissue):

This includes a combination of relaxation and detail massage for chronic pain relief. The techniques I use are a blend of intuitive, trigger point, medical massage and stretching while meeting your tissues edge. The goal is to pinpoint specifics areas of tension that may be causing pain in other areas of the body, as well as localized pain referrals. Friction may be used to warm tissues. Stripping and/ or lengthening muscle tissues to release built up toxins. You may or may not be sore the next few days. This is perfectly normal for this type of therapy. It is similar to going to the gym for a workout, except all you have to do is focus on your breathing and releasing. I do most of the work, however this session involves an active participation with the client in allowing muscles to relax through a combination of bodywork and breath. I use a variety of techniques depending on the clients preferences and their bodies response to my touch.

I highly suggest the longer sessions as it takes time to allow your muscles to release postural patterns. The longer sessions provide us with the time for me to utilize more of my techniques, like warming, pinpointing and releasing then stretching as your body needs to drop-in, release, and integrate the unlocking of imprints.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy:

If you choose this option, you will enjoy the warmth of soft and smooth basalt stones that will melt away your worries along with any muscle tension. I add aromatherapy to the water, so it diffuses in the air and stones with some light oil. I heat the rocks to a comfortable level of warmth, I place some on your chakras, but mostly I hold the stones in my hands while using long and firm flowing motions from the bottom to the top of each area of your body. The heat from the stones dilates your blood vessels allowing the toxins to flush through your cardiovascular system quickly provides you with a detox.

Hot Stone Deep Tissue

$270/90 min

This is the most luscious of my offerings as the hot stone warm and flush your muscles, then I go in and do manual deep tissue and trigger point work to maximize releasing of tension in the muscles. This combines hot stone and my integrative deep tissue massage, see above description. You won’t regret this option! Aromatherapy is included.

Prenatal Massage Therapy:

I offer massage throughout your entire pregnancy. The only exception is if you have had complications in the past with pregnancies or miscarriages please wait until you are past the first trimester. After that, let me know how I can support you through your body’s changes. I always customize to suit your comfort level. Massage may include a side-lying position, and stretching. The goal is to bring your body more ease and comfort while alleviating stress.

~ $30 House Call: I will travel to your home and set up my table, pack up everything I brought to provide service and you get to stay relaxed in your home

~ $15 Sugar foot scrub: This includes hot towels, lavender scrub, then hot towels again.
